How do I join? - Click the "Join" tab and select the membership you want. Once you fill out the form, and pay, you get instant access to the membership program.
When are product available? We have member drops every Sunday at 7PM EST. There will be occasional random shock drops that could happen at random times during the week so make sure you have post notifications on Instagram and follow us on Twitter!
Do you ship international?
We only ship to within the United States & Canada
*Canada buys who purchase Elite Boxes will be responsible for extra shipping charges otherwise we will refund that order.
How long does it take to ship? Following Sunday drops, we ship orders out the following Tuesday.
How much is shipping? Shipping costs vary depending on what you are buying and where you are located. All shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do you ship? We ship using USPS and shipping is either done through Priority Mail or First Class. Both are decided by the total weight of your order.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. All Sales are final, unless a mistake is made on our end.
How can I cancel my membership? Log in and go to your account. On the bottom you should see a button to cancel. If you still are having issues, please email us.
Condition Disclaimer: While we try to ensure every item is in the best condition and try to accurately describe every item that might have a flaw, there are times where some items may contain minor marks, dents, scratches, plastic slits, rips, etc. We also cannot control the quality control issues of some of the items that come from The Pokemon Company, some there are many times that some collection boxes will have flaps coming off.
While we also try to ensure every item is shipped safely, there are times that products may get shifted or slightly damaged in transit which is something out of our control.
